Founded in 1990, Exane is one of the main investment companies in Europe, specialising in 3 businesses: - Cash Equities: Exane BNP Paribas provides institutional investors with a range of services, such as Research, sale and execution on European equities; - Structured Solutions: Exane Solutions has developed a complete range of products and services through 5 main pillars: Derivatives Research, structured products, indices, smart execution and funds; - Asset Management: the asset management arm of Exane is embodied by its 3 asset management companies, Exane Asset Management, Ellipsis AM and Ixios Asset Management, based respectively on the equity and fixed-income universes, as well as thematic management. For more than 30 years, Exane’s growth has been grounded on 3 fundamentals: the world of Equities, Investment expertise (trading and asset management) and top-class Research in equities and derivatives. These three pillars of our business model are underpinned by a high level of excellence and commitment that has shaped Exane’s culture since its creation. Paris and London are its main offices. After a successful 17-year partnership with BNP Paribas, Exane became a subsidiary of BNP Paribas in July 2021.
