Leaders in Tech Fellows Program is a 1-year, all expenses paid program for leaders of high growth tech companies who are committed to building high-performing and culturally healthy organizations.

Backed by a who’s who of technology founders and investors, our mission is to foster an intimate community in which these leaders help each other thoughtfully address the most pressing challenges and opportunities in their businesses.

In addition to the yearlong Fellows program, we offer a limited number online and in-person intensive training retreats throughout the year. These immersions take place over 4-6 days, and offer a taste of the Fellows program in a more condensed format.
